Abstract

PEDROZA DE LA LLAVE, Susana Thalía. The constitutional reinterpretation of war or military courts under the democratic state. Cuest. Const. [online]. 2011, n.25, pp.151-199. ISSN 1405-9193.

This work is intended to provide an objective and impartial legal framework that prevails today in respect of military law, military or military in democratic countries. In addition, issues such as the origin of the term jurisdiction, the legal framework of the court martial or military of various countries, to show that constitutions recognize the equality of human beings and the military courts; also will analyze the case of Mexico, where the interpretation of the Supreme Court of the Nation suppresses the court martial.
