Abstract

This piece of work states some of the ideas that are related to constitutional philosophical thought on freedom and legal projection. The thesis involves having under consideration a wider view of the freedom and the negative consequences of its use or the exercise of unlimited freedom; whereas the options for adopting a suitable posture of expression, according to the proposals and alternatives, giving greater benefits to the society. Establishing the basis for discussion of a subject such as freedom is an essential part of the purpose of this study.
