Abstract

CRUZ BARNEY, Óscar. Membership as a guaranty of independence of the legal profession: the mandatory membership of lawyering in México. Cuest. Const. [online]. 2013, n.28, pp.75-101. ISSN 1405-9193.

In this study, we study what the professional association of lawyers is in Mexico, as well as a precise explanation of what is the professional association in the development of professional practice attorney. Making first an introduction to how that is shaped some of the bar associations in Spain and how these same Mexican influence licensing, creating the first law school admission statutes and principles defined. Subsequently be explained how the regulation of the various activities performed by subjecting the same to counsel the nature and purpose of each of these. Developing what the law and as a professional association that interferes with carrying out a self-regulation of this activity. Noting also, specifically, the goals to be pursued by law schools.
