The enactment of the Mexican Time Zone Law established a substantial change in the subject. Its regulation introduces legally transcendental aspects from an organic and institutional point of view and for the study of human rights. This paper analyzes, from a constitutional and jurisprudential perspective, the relevance of the law for the Mexican legal system.
