Abstract

ISSN 1405-9436.

From a critical-exploratory positioning this article discusses sedimented forms of understanding and mean the “student” figure as well as his/her representations in gender terms in the written narratives of the student’s movements in Mexico. A crosslinking of gender, history-memory studies and political discourse analysis is proposed as an alternative mode for the transformation of traditional forms of historical research and as an attempt to contribute to the discussion and revaluation of narratives about these past events.2

Keywords : gender; history; memory; student’s movements.
