Abstract

PARRA-BRAVO, José Rafael  and  BEIRANA-PALENCIA, Luisa G. Right coronary artery fistula draining into the right ventricle: Echocardiographic features and interventional management. Report of one case. Arch. Cardiol. Méx. [online]. 2003, vol.73, n.3, pp.205-211. ISSN 1665-1731.

Coronary artery fistula is a rare condition in which a communication exists between a coronary artery an a cardiac chamber or systemic vein. It causes an obligatory shunt from the high-pressure coronary artery to a lower-pressure cardiac chamber. We report a case of right coronary artery fistula draining into the right ventricle, echocardiographic features and interventional catheterization. (Arch Cardiol Mex 2003; 73:205-211).
