This qualitative study, carried out in a pre-school education classroom of a public school in the province of Almodóvar del Río, Córdoba, España, uses a case study to explore the possibilities offered by the methodology of work projects in developing inclusive activities that attend to a diverse student population. Semi-structured interviews and teaching documentation were used as instruments to collect data. The results show that work projects are consistent with students’ interests, which increases their motivation and engagement in the learning process.
