Historically, Buenos Aires has been developed worsening the open character of its urbane trauma, where the street, the corner or the square are civic instruments of social cohesion, strengthening neighbourhood relations. Nevertheless, the last decades have witnessed a breaking-off process of traditional patterns of growth as of the emergence of fortified enclaves, the "closed parks", which encapsulate activities, fragment territories, segregate peoples. In this framework, a singular experience began to develop, the "Social Park", which is presented as a limiting and Abstracts integration instrument of those local excluded communities that face the dominant critical situation.
