Abstract

SANTANDER, Jesús Rodolfo. Emptiness, Negation and Nothing, in Bergson. Tóp. Sem [online]. 2007, n.18, pp.163-190. ISSN 2594-0619.

This article explains the Bergsonian interpretation of the negative ideas of emptiness, negation and nothing, making critical notes to some of his assumptions. The author emphasizes the implication it has for metaphysics in general and for that of Leibniz and Bergson in particular; what he considers the destruction of the idea of nothing by means of genetic Bergsonian explanation.
