Abstract

ORTIZ YANEZ, Jésica. Democracy at school: Let us starts with the right to speak. Sig. Fil [online]. 2014, vol.16, n.31, pp.97-124. ISSN 1665-1324.

In this article I analyse the enviroment that are updated in the senior high schools it has formative power, if they are democratic or not. I analize that in some cases, free exposition speeches are not totally permitted as well as thoughts and feelings are not accepted at all. On one hand authoritarian, imposition and submission rule inside some schools and on the other hand inside other schools there are permissive and oscillatory attitudes which lead to a din like a discoursed party so in both points of view it is hard to keep the right of speech, to speak as a basic condition of democracy like a way of life at school.

Keywords : School environment; training; freedom; participation; intersubjectives relation.
