Abstract

The use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in different environments has opened the discussion on the advantages and disadvantages entailed in the educational environment. This study compared the conditions of the use of ICT in the universities of Granada and the State of Mexico. To obtain the results, a survey was carried out to a simple random sample. Of special importance was the constant use of the advances in the use of digital tools in the teaching/learning process in both universities, and each university presented specific conditions and circumstances unique to its environment.
