Abstract

In this work, we studied the soft chemical synthesis of hydroxyapatite material (HA), and specifically, the effect of diferent synthesis methods on structural and morphological properties and particle size of materials. Samples characterization was carried out by XRD, SEM, TEM, FTIR Spectroscopy, and particle size measurements. The results showed the synthesis of nanostructured HA pure phase with crystallite size below 40 nm in all cases. Synthesized powders showed different morphologies and were homogeneous in composition.
