The purpose of this article is to analyze the general panorama of environmental issues and the search for ethical and responsible alternatives in different areas and through the different actors involved, such as the government, the business sector and civil society as consumers. It considers the circular economy as an option to mitigate environmental damage and achieve the objectives of the 2030 agenda.
