Abstract

This article presents an analysis about the perception of a group of professors about the certification process in the modality of blended learning, for the development of teaching competencies and the basic use of Information and Communication Technologies in the professors. Interviews and surveys were used to research during the implementation of a training course in the blended learning form, while using an educational platform; contents and resources were incorporated for a certification process and the elaboration of learning projects with the use of technologies, a course that is sponsored by the Secretariat of Public Education in Mexico within the division that certifies work competencies. The results show that participants' acceptance of the platform use and the application of face-to-face counseling which allowed preparing for the certification process.
