To determine whether the program impact on improving the ways of teaching, it was conducted this study which aims to make a diagnosis on the degree of integration of laptops to pedagogical practices of teachers involved in the program in the state of Sonora. A quantitative methodology with an exploratory and descriptive design was followed where digital skills of teachers were measured through a self-administered questionnaire and an online simulator. The results show that teachers slightly exceeding 60% correct in most of computer skills tasks and teaching practices carried away 2.1 points on average to expert level.
