Abstract

Introduction

This article is derived from the research: the art of care from the vision of its professionals in its aesthetic dimension, the Heidegger's existentialist thought is recovered on the idea of being there, care as "Dasein," the consciousness of the existence of the self and includes the meanings of the person in life-death.

Objective

Comprehension of the meanings of care from the Dasein of the work "Being and Time" of Heidegger, which allow to base the nature and philosophy of nursing.

Method

Hermeneutic-Phenomenology of the work "Being and Time" for the comprehension and interpretation of the meanings of care.

Results

Care means the consciousness of the being in the existence in the space-time continuum. The major regard of the Dasein is being there, the existence is revealed as care of the own self, through the procurement, of the cure, to desire life and subsistence in the present and the future.

Conclusions

the relationship between the Dasein and nursing is the being there in the world of this discipline and the person cared. The comprehensive care from the Heidegger phenomenology understands nursing as being existent of its practices, it worries, comprehends care to give sense and meaning to the existence of the self and others.
