Through the analysis of the delegation’s report to the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we will reconstruct the contradictions and tensions that occurred in the face of American interventionism in Latin America, in the setting of the Argentine meeting, and we will complement the study with hemerographic sources that emerged during the months of July and August 1910.
