Abstract

NAVARRO ARRIAGA, Abraham. Legislative work on the electoral system in San Luis Potosí: Case analysis 2010. Revista Col. San Luis [online]. 2015, vol.5, n.10, pp.70-103. ISSN 2007-8846.

In this essay, it is intended to describe the legislative work in San Luis Potosí; specifically, the work carried out by the Special Commission for the Reform of the State (Commission) that would have as a responsibility the designation of electoral advisors, who would form part of the State Electoral Council, and the Citizen Participation (CEEPAC for its acronym in Spanish) for the term comprised between January 8, 2011 and January 7, 2014. At the same work, it makes an study of the organizational estructure of the legislative commission, showing step by step the characteristics of the progress and development of the decision-making. At the end of the commission work the new members of another institution that has the responsibility of assure the development of the democratic process in San Luis Potosí will have been designated.
