FERNANDEZ RUIZ, Azucena. Local organizations for the care and representation of crime victims in the new Accusatory Penal System. A case study with an organizational perspective. Revista Col. San Luis [online]. 2019, vol.9, n.19, pp.431-457.  Epub Nov 19, 2020. ISSN 2007-8846.  https://doi.org/10.21696/rcsl9192019959.

This article presents the case study of the Prosecutor's Office for Comprehensive Care of Victims of Crime in the State of Morelos (Mexico) from an organizational perspective, resulting from a simple case study of a qualitative nature. It is established that public servants do not perceive major changes in their daily functions after the transition to the prosecutorial model and the implementation of the criminal reform. Therefore, the criminal reform has not significantly changed the way operators perform their daily victim care functions.

Keywords : reform of the criminal justice system; law enforcement; organizational perspective; crime victim care.
