Abstract

CASALET, Mónica. Institutional Market Construction in a Knowledge Economy. Economía UNAM [online]. 2004, vol.1, n.2, pp.52-63. ISSN 1665-952X.

This article poses some questions about the new trends of the Mexican institutional situation as part of the globalization process, which gets more and more prevalence on knowledge production and generation. It highlights its incidence in public policies directed to generating regional policies in the creation of competitive social capital by means of an intensive use of telecommunications and their application to productive processes. As the scientific and technological content of economic activity increases, industrial management acquires new learning capabilities and provokes a new impact on society.
