Thatcher and Reagan electoral victories (1979 and 1980) may be considered as the formal beginning of neoliberal economic policy predominance. During 24 years this policy has been applied in both developed and underdeveloped countries. The outcome contrasts negatively with growth and income distribution performance during 1945-1980.
