This text aims to put forward some reflections about an issue of great importance for our country's present and future: higher education, science and technology. It seeks to answer three key questions: 1) Do Mexico's public policy priorities correspond to the importance of higher education, science and technology for development today? 2) What is the balance sheet of the current administration's funding policies for higher education, science and technology?.
