Abstract

MANTEY, Guadalupe  and  FEREGRINO FEREGRINO, Jorge. A Proposal to Provide Liquidity to Micro, Small and Medium Companies and to Sustain the Work Force in Times of Crisis. Economía UNAM [online]. 2009, vol.6, n.18, pp.106-122. ISSN 1665-952X.

This article explores the convenience and viability of implementing a scheme of mutual credit in kind in Mexico, with two main objectives: first, to stop the most serious repercussions of the international crisis, maintaining the circular flow of income and internal employment; and second, to promote micro, small and medium companies, reestablishing production chains that were broken with the rapid market opening in the nineties and reducing the labor capital requirements.
