The article emphasizes that the work is a determinant factor of the growth of the economy and the most important source(fountain) of income of the Mexican homes, of the level and quality of life of the population; for it it (he,she) proposes to stimulate from the State the creation of quality employments and incorporation, to incorporate a major number of persons in age of working and that for the present they do not inform on the labor market or not with quality and quantity that is needed.
