In honor to remember E. M Cioran after ten years of his death, the author invites us to understand his method, denominated as an ethic of introspection. This method, avoid by formal academics, recreates a forgotten element in contemporary social sciences, the joy of knowing something, which is the first kind of knowledge in human history, and always begins with self-examination.
