Abstract

The article is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of teaching activity and the conditions of its organization in the context of psychological theory of social experience assimilation, which ensures the achievement of a high level of educational results by each student. The proposal presented in this work arose from the pilot study, which was carried out for seven years as advanced training for medical teachers in the additional professional program “Development of teaching activities” at the First State Medical University of Moscow Sechenov. The important thing about the model described and where its universality lies is that it is applicable to teaching activities in any branch of knowledge. The novelty of the work consists in the description of the model of teaching activities, implementing two successive psychological processes of interiorization and exteriorization, making up the process of assimilation. The structure and content of four teacher’s activities in the structure of teaching, technologies, methods, means and forms of their organization in the educational process according to the psychological nature of the activity of assimilation by the subject of social experience are revealed. New types of teaching materials for a teacher and a student ensuring effective management of the educational-professional of each student’s activities, implementing the psychological processes of internalization and exteriorization in the practice of educational process are presented.
