Abstract

Some anthropometric, clinical and immunological parameters for "Bur Out" were obtained by the first time from a sample of lecturers of FES Zaragoza, Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, body mass index (BMI), glucose, cortisol and ceruloplasmin were measured . The teachers responded a survey related with their lifestyle and pathological profile. Cortisol baseline in hair was 29.08 ng/g. The reference value for ceruloplasmin was 51.42 mg/dL. We found values above normal glucose in some teachers.
