Abstract

VIDAL, Gregorio. Mexico and regionalization: Productive disarticulation and deepening of underdevelopment. Ola financ [online]. 2016, vol.9, n.25, pp.164-182.  Epub Feb 05, 2021. ISSN 1870-1442.  https://doi.org/10.22201/fe.18701442e.2017.25.57737.

Since the eighties of the twentieth century, the various governments in Mexico have all promoted a series of trade agreements, which have privileged few economic sectors and have contributed to deepen productive disarticulation and structural heterogeneity. This has accelerated the deterioration of the living conditions of society and a greater concentration of income and wealth.

Keywords : Mexico; underdevelopment; productive disarticulation; concentration of wealth and income.
