Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine globally the organization of the constitutional amparo as establish in the Constitution of Venezuela since it is a right of individuals to be protected in their constitutional rights and warranties, including those that have been declared in international treaties, which are conceived with a unique universality in comparative law as to the rights protected (to all: individuals, economic, social, cultural) with respect to those who violate them (to all: authorities as well as private individuals) and on the acts or omissions that may cause injury (to all: state and private). It also analyzes the procedural forms of constitutional protection, through the performance of the writ of amparo or making cplaims under state acts jointly with others, the jurisdiction in the matter and the basic rules of procedure.
