Abstract

The massive use of the Internet by children as a usual vehicle for the transmission of all types of information and opinion, involves the need to enable new and effective legal instruments in order to ensure their fundamental rights. The basic lines of this study are the analysis of the legal framework for the protection of fundamental rights in the Spanish legal system; of the right to honor as an essential legal right; of typical unlawful interference of children's right to honor spread via Internet, and the approach to civil liability derived from unlawful interference to the right to honor children.
