Abstract

TEJEIRO MORCATE, Carlos Adrián. The legal contracting system: an authentic social, scientific and technologic problem. Rev. IUS [online]. 2012, vol.6, n.29, pp.187-215. ISSN 1870-2147.

The legal contracting system: an authentic social, scientific and technologic problem, analyses the institution of contract and the phenomenon of the contemporary legal contracting, not just from the point of view of the science of law, but also, and first of all, from a social and axiological dimension. This article shows the importance that contract has today in all spheres of modern and civilized society; hence the need to include legal duties in the legal contracting system. It strengthens the idea that technology at the service of the legal contracting system is an invaluable tool to achieve a good control and a better yield of resources, capacities and contractual relationships that law operators systematically formalized.

Keywords : Contract; legal contracting; legal duties; science; technology.
