Abstract

LOPEZ JIMENEZ, David. Advertising via mobile phones: the necessary convergence with Internet. Rev. IUS [online]. 2013, vol.7, n.31, pp.167-182. ISSN 1870-2147.

The promotion of certain goods and/or services can be made through various means and channels. Today, numerous commercial communications are sent to mobile phones. Although the advertising received can be licit, it is possible that it violates the prevailing regulations, that in our case, we will limit to Spanish and European stage. These practices can, at the same time, be divided into two blocks. On the one hand, those which are through messages, and on the other hand, those that take place through phone calls.

Keywords : Convergence; law; messages; advertising; mobile phone.
