Abstract

VALENCIA, Rocío A.; CORONA, David  and  CUEVAS-YANEZ, Erick. Effect of the Ligand in the Synthesis of 1-Sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles Through Copper-Catalyzed Alkyne-Azide Cycloaddition. J. Mex. Chem. Soc [online]. 2012, vol.56, n.2, pp.151-155. ISSN 1870-249X.

Copper-catalyzed alkye-azide cycloaddition of p-toluene-sulfonylazide and phenylacetylene was investigated, using catalytic amounts of copper (I) chloride and diverse additives which were tested as copper ligands. The best results were obtained using a catalytic amount of diphenyl disulfide.

Keywords : Triazol; sulfonylazide; ligand; copper.
