Abstract

Psilotum nudum is reported for the first time from the Sierra de Pénjamo, Guanajuato, growing between rocks in an oak forest; the species was found in only 2 locations with a few plants. The Sierra of Pénjamo was recently declared a natural protected area in the southwestern part of Guanajuato.
