Abstract

Three new species of Lasioglossum (Lasioglossum) from Mexico, L. manantlense sp. nov., L. tacanense sp. nov. and L. colímense sp. nov., are described and figured. McGinley's (1986) key to species south of the US-Mexican border is emended to include the new species. Comments on the biogeography of Mexican species of the subgenus are provided. An interesting feature of the femoral scopa found in 2 of the new species is described and illustrated.
