These research notes about the works of Ricardo Falla are the result of the presentations, the discussions, and the exchange with the author during the Foro del Pensamiento Centroamericano (Forum on Central America Thinking) in October, 2019, in CIMSUR-UNAM. In these pages we developed, firstly, a biographical review of Falla and, afterwards, a synthesis of the topics that were undertaken: the pertinence of his works in the study of history, the ethnographic reflexivity about Falla and, lastly, the liminality in search of that which is human.
