This article refers to a critical review of Suffrage for Mexicans Abroad, from legal perspective, considering it is a systematic analysis as a topic linked to democracy. With the analysis, we approach issues as history, international recommendations to Mexico, constitutional reforms, the legal framework, state history and a specific observation of the electoral process, therefore it is deduced that if Mexican citizens who are abroad are not on par with those in the country, because they are in a different social situation, status of which cannot be limited to exercise their greatest prerogative, to vote.
