Abstract

SALDANHA, Jânia María Lopes  and  VIEIRA, Lucas Pacheco. New Geometries and New Directions: Internationalization of Law and Internationalization of the Dialogue of Justice Systems. Anu. Mex. Der. Inter [online]. 2014, vol.14, pp.545-579. ISSN 1870-4654.

The internationalization of law presents many dimensions that transform the traditional conception of the legal system. The judicial dialogue that national and non national justice systems have undertaken is an important communication channel to the strengthening and development of the phenomenon of internationalization. Such dialogue can be bound or spontaneous, a fact that defies justice systems to the interpretative openness and to the exercise of transjudicialism.

Keywords : Internationalization; justice systems; judicial dialogue.
