Abstract

NAVA GONZALEZ, Wendolyne  and  BRECEDA PEREZ, Jorge Antonio. Mexico in the International Context of Online Dispute Resolution of Electronic Commerce. Anu. Mex. Der. Inter [online]. 2015, vol.15, pp.717-738. ISSN 1870-4654.

Mexican on line enterprises are beginning to make an incursion on the global on line market, thereby it is essential to establish the necessary conditions to generate confidence on local and international consumers. The electronic mechanisms of resolutions of conflicts appear as an optional key to fulfill with this commitment. The present article suggests the creation of trustmark, issued by a public authority that can accredit both, on line enterprises and ODR providers that are exclusively dedicated to online dispute resolution for cross-border electronic commerce transactions.

Keywords : electronic commerce; online dispute resolution; ODR; Concilianet; United Nations Commision on International Trade Law.
