Abstract

The reception of international maritime law as a broad and complex extension of public international law that includes different disciplines such as law of the sea, maritime law and navigation law at the legal system of Mexico, is a fundamental issue for the national interests because it is a state of 'bioceanic' nature and unique strategic location in the global geopolitics of natural marine resources.
