The purpose of the present study is to establish the need for a post-conflict right or ius post bellum that makes possible scenarios that create new opportunities for peace. The comparative law allows contrasting the ius ad bellum of ius in bello in armed conflicts, soon to throw the need for new post-conflict legal constructions.
