Abstract

This article develops the social character of the Constitution of the United Mexican States. It analyzes the employer’s liability to cover the worker’s accrued wages. It remarks the necessity to have a solid economic in order to fulfill the workers severance payment, as the disposition and willingness of the State to guarantee the rights and benefits of workers who have been unjustifiably dismissed.
