Abstract

As a consequence of globalization it is recognized on one side: the strengthening and increase of international instruments (binational and multilateral conventions, structures that strengthen international organisms) that permit the materialization of social security benefits, fading frontiers and increasing coverage at the international level; on the other side, the new lines that some international organisms proposed as the OCDE, forcing to the modification of pensions and health systems in countries as ours, like the reduction of resources destines to social security. This conquers countries to the necessity and exigency of their own population for the lack of coverage or an inadequate coverage, but at the same time they are hold to the directress that international organisms mark for the economic pressure implicitly for not follow their approaches. This article has as objective to show that exists a sui generis configuration in International Right of Social Security in Latin-American, that make it worthy for a detailed study about it, and also constitutes a large and relevant line of research for the social security and law in general.
