Starting from the concept and constitutive elements of the administrative resources, this paper analyzes the background, assumptions of origin, as well as the processing, resolution and the problem presented by the appeals of nonconformity, revocation and administrative complaint filed against acts or omissions of the Mexican Institute of Social Security.
