Abstract

This article analyzes the migration phenomenon in Mexico, as well as the public labor policies generated in migration matters in the face of tariff pressures made by the Government of the United States of America with the aim of containing migration to their country, identifying the barriers that Mexico presents to them to obtain a decent job, the facts surrounding the public problem and the feeling of the migrants, collecting their impressions before their transit through Mexico, raising the need to restructure public policies due to the insufficiency of the “Juarez Plan” , applying a qualitative methodology through case studies, obtained with the support of non-governmental organizations, collecting information through the documentary review of various bibliographical sources and the interview technique, concluding with a series of proposals that seek the generation and efficiency of plans and programs intended to achieve a true labor insertion of the migrant in Mexico.
