Abstract

SANCHEZ-CASTANEDA, Alfredo. For a new ontology in labor law? Michele Tiraboschi’s thought. Rev. latinoam. derecho soc [online]. 2020, n.31, pp.201-215.  Epub Nov 01, 2021. ISSN 2448-7899.  https://doi.org/10.22201/iij.24487899e.2020.37.14868.

In this article, the author develops Tiraboschi’s line of thought, which proposes an ontological revision of labour law, based solely on subordinate and the worker’s protection. Furthermore, proposing to do so by considering both previous elements under the premise that labor is not a commodity; to study it’s plurality not only as work, but also as labor, and within the frame of professional competence and status, which goes way beyond employability.

Keywords : labour law; ontology; subordination; worker protection; professional competence and status.
