The Directives of the European Union are legislative acts that bind the States of the Union with respect to the subject these regulate, such acts can have a general or particular scope and serve as a guide to determine objectives, rules or minimum requirements in specific matters. The purpose of this document is to analyze Directive (EU) 2019/1152 of the Parliament and the European Council, which aims to regulate working conditions and new work relationships that are currently being presented.
