Abstract

MARTINEZ-GANDARA, Alejandra. Tequila, mezcal and beer: from México to the world. agric. soc. desarro [online]. 2008, vol.5, n.2, pp.143-150. ISSN 1870-5472.

Troughout globalization, the production of tequila, mezcal and beer face a process of modification and change that has affected both factory production and international marketing. Although beer has reached world sales, it has been of a different kind and has fostered strengthening of two national brands.
