The objective of this article is to analyze the spatial behavior of remittances in Michoacán, Mexico, and their association with financial services. The hypothesis of this research responds to the fact that remittance flows, received by the municipalities of Michoacán, have contributed to the production of spatialities that have been favored by a complex network of financial services. What it is observed from this linkage between remittances and financial services, are patterns of concentration and dispersion in Michoacán. This relationship is characterized, besides to the Michoacán urban system, by the transmutation phases of remittances.
