Abstract

This research paper analyzes two scientific policies implemented between 2004-2015 from the main agencies of the Argentinian sector and their impact within the framework of national universities. It explores the reach and outcome of the policy in the making of doctorates (Phd’s) and their influence on the recent configuration of postgraduate activity and that of teaching in the university. This research also, investigates the influence the policy of prioritization and scientific research as well as the strategies and orientations of university apparatus. The research is made through a qualitative approach, a documentary survey was carried out, supplemented by interviews with governmental and university authorities.
